Salted Dough Bistro will feature a few of our staple items from our Broadview location but will offer an expanded menu featuring house made pastas, entrees featuring butchering in house, daily chef specials, hand rolled ricotta gnocchi, and artisan pizza.
Salted Dough in Broadview Hts., is a scratch hands-on kitchen, focusing on artisan pizza, gourmet salads, freshly baked bread (made every morning!), and up to 20 flavors of gelato tiramisu.
